How long before my order will ship?

Please allow 10–14 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is the quality of the Blu-rays and DVDs?

All Blu-rays are high-definition, captured from HD sources. DVDs are standard definition, captured from HD sources. We ensure that each transfer is done with quality in mind. We use two-pass encoding to convert video files to DVD format. We then burn at the slowest speeds to maintain the product quality.

Is Buyer Protection available on my purchase?

Do you accept returns?

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products; however, on rare occasions a disc may be defective. Returns are only accepted for defective discs. Please contact us for assistance if you experience an issue.

Are discs packaged in cases or a box?
A.
The majority of Blu-rays and DVDs are packaged in plain white paper sleeves. Certain titles will come with Blu-ray cases and artwork, which will be specified on the product page. Please note that these items are not officially released. Pricing reflects only the cost of time, materials, shipping, and equipment use
